Store Manager

About the Role

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Store Manager for a supermarket in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, driving supermarket operations to maximize sales and profitability, and optimizing stock management. The Store Manager will also focus on increasing customer satisfaction and contributing to business growth, while overseeing and implementing improvement action plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement MAF Retail’s supermarket plans in alignment with supermarket strategies and procedures, collaborating with Head Office and Corporate Office.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative analysis to measure and evaluate commercial performance, providing recommendations to enhance profitability and sales turnover.
• Maximize sales and profitability by effectively controlling costs within budgetary guidelines.
• Review and analyze stock and sales reports, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Initiate and ensure the application of comparative studies between departments to contribute to commercial performance efficiency.
• Coordinate regularly with Department Heads to ensure effective stock management, including stock value, out-of-stock situations, orders, and timely merchandise deliveries.
• Supervise the ongoing service and maintenance of the supermarket’s assets.
• Oversee the enhancement of hygiene standards and the supermarket’s safety and security.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
