Store Manager

About the Role

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Store Manager for a supermarket in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the supermarket's operations to ensure maximum sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction, while also managing stock efficiently and driving continuous business growth. The Store Manager will ensure a seamless delivery of service and implement action plans for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement MAF Retail’s supermarket plans in alignment with supermarket strategies and procedures, collaborating with Head Office and Corporate Office.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative analysis to measure and evaluate commercial performance, providing recommendations to enhance profitability and sales turnover.
• Maximize sales and profitability by effectively controlling costs within established budgetary guidelines.
• Review and analyze stock and sales reports, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Initiate and ensure the application of comparative studies between departments to contribute to commercial performance efficiency.
• Coordinate regularly with Department Heads to ensure effective stock management, including stock value, out-of-stock situations, orders, and timely merchandise deliveries.
• Supervise the ongoing service and maintenance of the supermarket’s assets.
• Oversee the enhancement of hygiene standards and ensure the supermarket's safety and security.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operations, manage stock, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Experience in implementing action plans for business improvement.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires on-site presence to manage daily supermarket operations effectively.
