Role Overview

The Store Manager in Riyadh will oversee all aspects of store operations. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and involves driving sales growth, maintaining high standards of customer service, managing staff effectively, and optimizing inventory control to ensure a positive shopping experience. The Store Manager will also be responsible for developing training programs to enhance the performance and growth of in-store retail staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
• Drive sales growth by setting targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of store products and services, ensuring effective merchandising, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales and create an appealing customer environment.
• Cultivate positive customer relationships, addressing concerns, resolving complaints, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and deliver training programs for all in-store retail staff, covering new hire orientation, ongoing product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and deliver training programs that support overall company objectives.
• Coach and mentor retail staff on sales and customer service skills.
• Observe retail staff performance on the sales floor, provide constructive feedback, and track the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a relevant role.
