Role Summary

Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle is seeking a Store Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for achieving sales targets, developing store teams, and ensuring operational compliance to maximize profitability. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations and workforce management in alignment with business objectives, ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery of high levels of customer service by the entire store team.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers, increase store traffic, and enhance profitability.
• Monitor brand performance, review stock levels, and track best-selling and slow-moving items to inform sales strategies.
• Ensure compliance of subordinates with company policies, procedures, and standards, including financial, personnel, security, sales, and record-keeping practices.
• Coach, train, and mentor store teams to improve customer service through product knowledge and retail understanding.
• Adhere to all Company Health & Safety, Security, and Compliance policies, escalating concerns promptly.
• Plan, organize, and execute in-store processes, including cash handling, stockroom management, and stock-take administration.
• Provide analytical feedback to Operations, Buying, and Planning Departments regarding products, ranging, pricing, competitive activities, and market opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Demonstrated ability to maximize business performance.
• Good understanding of key customer segments and the ability to guide teams in understanding them.
• Ability to identify critical paths and proactively engage stakeholders for timely decision-making.
• Capable of making difficult decisions and discerning when to delegate upwards.
