Rita Arabia is seeking a dedicated Storekeeper to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining efficient warehouse operations and ensuring accurate inventory management within the company's supply chain.

Role Summary

The Storekeeper is responsible for the comprehensive management of goods and materials, from receipt and storage to issuance and inventory control. This role ensures that all stock movements are accurately recorded and that warehouse processes comply with established company standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming goods and materials.
• Issue raw materials, packaging, and other items based on approved requisitions.
• Maintain precise stock cards, ledgers, and ERP entries for all inventory.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and systematic arrangement of goods for easy access and identification.
• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, distributing, and maintaining stock levels.
• Implement warehouse policies in compliance with company regulations and storage/shipping standards.

Inventory Management and Reporting

• Provide daily supply orders to the Production Department and coordinate with Purchasing for timely replenishments.
• Apply the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method for both raw materials and finished goods.
• Organize products carefully to prevent damage, breakage, or contamination.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization while adhering to health, safety, hygiene, and security regulations.
• Manage inventory control using ERP and other designated warehouse management systems.
• Prepare and generate regular reports, including stock movement, entry/exit logs, and availability reports.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and verifiable inventory records.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this full-time Storekeeper position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or inventory management. A foundational understanding of supply chain principles and warehouse safety protocols is beneficial.
