Saudi Services For Electro Mechanic Works Co. SSEM is seeking a dedicated Storekeeper to join its team. This full-time position, based in either Tabuk or Yanbu, Saudi Arabia, offers a valuable opportunity for individuals with 0-1 years of experience to contribute to efficient warehouse operations.

Role Purpose

The Storekeeper plays a crucial role in managing the flow of materials and supplies, ensuring the integrity and accessibility of inventory. This position is central to maintaining organized warehouse operations and supporting various departmental needs through meticulous inventory control and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and supplies, verifying their conformity with purchase orders and invoices.
• Accurately record received items in the approved inventory system and issue corresponding stock cards.
• Arrange and store materials in an orderly and safe manner to ensure easy access and proper preservation.
• Issue materials based on approved departmental requests and meticulously document all withdrawals.
• Monitor stock levels regularly and alert management when reordering is required to prevent shortages.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile results with system records.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and strict adherence to safety procedures within the warehouse premises.
• Prepare periodic reports on stock movements and any observations related to warehouse operations.
• Coordinate effectively with the Procurement and Finance Departments to ensure all related data and documentation are updated.
• Ensure that all stock records and documents are properly organized, maintained, and easily accessible for auditing and reference.

Required Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in a storekeeping or inventory management role.
• Demonstrated experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, specifically in functions related to receiving, issuing, and reporting.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position located in either Tabuk or Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a proactive approach to maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment, contributing directly to the operational success of SSEM.
