About the Storekeeper Role

This full-time Storekeeper position is based in Riyadh. The role is responsible for managing inventory and ensuring efficient warehouse operations to support project and departmental needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming materials, equipment, and supplies against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels within the designated system.
• Monitoring stock movement and conducting periodic inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Ensuring proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials to prevent damage or loss.
• Organizing the warehouse/store layout for efficient storage and retrieval.
• Issuing materials to project teams and departments based on approved requisitions.
• Ensuring all material movements are properly documented and authorized.
• Coordinating the transfer of materials between project sites and the central warehouse when required.

Documentation and Reporting

• Preparing and maintaining records including Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips (MIS), stock reports, and inventory summaries.
• Generating periodic inventory and consumption reports for management review.
• Supporting internal and external inventory audits.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in storekeeping and warehouse operations is required for this position.
