About the Role

Clear Engineering Consultants is seeking an experienced Structural Site Engineer for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role involves overseeing and supervising structural construction activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all structural construction activities on-site.
• Ensure structural works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
• Coordinate daily with contractors, consultants, and other project disciplines to resolve technical and construction issues.
• Review and verify shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and inspection requests.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, workmanship, and compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor construction progress and report on site activities, delays, and potential risks.
• Provide technical guidance and support to site teams and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements during construction.
• Participate in testing, inspections, and project handover activities.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and technical documentation as required.
• Identify construction challenges and recommend practical engineering solutions to maintain project schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering; a Master's degree is an advantage.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Proven experience in the design and supervision of large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of international structural design codes and standards.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software.
• Professional engineering registration or membership is preferred.
