About the Role

Ejada is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (Newgen) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on leading technical analysis, solution design, and platform architecture for enterprise business process automation initiatives, specifically leveraging the Newgen Business Process Management (BPM) platform.

Role Purpose

The successful candidate will serve as the primary technical authority for the Newgen platform. This position involves bridging the gap between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality BPM solutions that align with enterprise objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical authority for the Newgen BPM platform, providing guidance on architecture, best practices, and solution design.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable business process automation solutions.
• Design, configure, and customize Newgen workflows, forms, business rules, notifications, and integrations.
• Lead technical analysis, solution architecture, and prepare technical design documentation.
• Drive Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and evaluate new platform capabilities, including NewgenONE and AI-enabled features.
• Define process models using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) standards.
• Design and oversee integrations with enterprise applications and external systems.
• Support development teams by providing technical leadership, design reviews, and implementation guidance.
• Participate in solution testing, defect resolution, performance optimization, and production readiness.
• Develop technical documentation, user guides, architecture diagrams, and implementation standards.
• Deliver technical workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and end-user training.
• Recommend platform improvements, automation opportunities, and continuous optimization initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant Newgen BPM certifications.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Software Engineering, Business Process Automation, or Enterprise Solutions.
• Demonstrated experience delivering Newgen BPM implementation projects.
• Proven experience leading technical analysis, architecture, and solution design for enterprise BPM initiatives.
• Experience working with System Integrators or Implementation Partners.
