About the Role

Agility Logistics (KSA) is seeking a Civil Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. In this full-time position, the Civil Supervisor will be responsible for the direct oversight and successful execution of civil works projects. This involves managing labor teams, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and maintaining strict compliance with established standards across assigned Agility Logistics Parks (ALP) projects. The role requires providing regular status reports on project progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all onsite works to ensure adherence to required quality and productivity standards.
• Monitor completion goals for subcontractors and track delivery dates for materials.
• Lead and supervise foremen, lead men, skilled labor, and the overall work crew assigned to projects.
• Conduct daily site visits to monitor and track progress, comparing actual work completed against planned schedules.
• Oversee the efficient use of materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Liaise effectively with clients, sub-contractors, and internal teams to achieve productive project outcomes.
• Prepare and provide regular reports on works completed.
• Coordinate tasks and ensure strict adherence to quality, health & safety, and environmental standards, company policies, and conformance to contract standards and specifications.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess 7 to 10 years of experience in civil supervision or a closely related field. This experience should demonstrate a strong capability in managing civil construction projects, supervising diverse labor teams, and ensuring project delivery meets both quality and schedule objectives.
