About the Role

Catrion Group is seeking a Supervisor B, Healthcare Operations to join their team in Riyadh. This permanent position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and focuses on overseeing healthcare operations to ensure high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure tray line start times and delivery schedules are consistently met.
• Oversee tray line operations, ensuring adherence to established standards for quantity, quality control, taste, presentation, temperature, and delivery.
• Supervise tray line personnel and foster cooperative working relationships with team members, guests, and client personnel.
• Provide hands-on operational oversight, demonstrating competency across all areas of tray line operation.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with the Quality Assurance Program and safe work practices.
• Ensure personal working hygiene standards meet both company and statutory requirements.
• Report any equipment defects or maintenance requirements that could impact service levels.
• Attend daily meetings, briefings, and trainings as required.
• Perform additional duties and tasks as requested by the Manager, including working at various locations across KSA if assigned.

Team Leadership and Development

• Liaise with the direct manager to ensure adequate team support.
• Assist in completing employee evaluations and appraisals, including the development of improvement plans, as per company procedures.
• Manage effective training and development for all team members, identifying any skill gaps to the direct line manager.
• Guide, support, monitor, evaluate, and train staff.
• Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of conduct and work performance among staff.
• Take personal responsibility for addressing identified development gaps and future requirements.

Work Environment and Professionalism

The role requires maintaining a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance. This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and may involve working in various locations across KSA as assigned by the department manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a relevant operational or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise personnel and manage operations effectively.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
