About the Role

AREEB is seeking a Support Services Lead to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires an individual with 5-10 years of experience to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of airport facilities, ensuring efficiency, functionality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of airport facilities to ensure efficiency, functionality, and safety.
• Lead and manage maintenance and operations teams, providing direction, training, and performance oversight.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution of all maintenance activities.
• Coordinate facility upgrades, repairs, and improvement projects in line with operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards across all facility operations.
• Collaborate with security, customer service, and airline operations teams to support seamless airport functionality.
• Manage relationships with external contractors, service providers, and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor facility budgets, control expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Conduct routine facility inspections to identify issues, ensure maintenance standards, and verify compliance.
• Respond promptly to facility-related issues and emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Develop and implement facility management policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports on facility operations, maintenance activities, and performance metrics.
• Participate in the planning and development of new facilities, providing input on civil, grounds, and road systems.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess 8-10 years of relevant experience in managing support services and facility operations, preferably within an airport or similar large-scale operational environment. A strong understanding of maintenance protocols, safety regulations, and project coordination is essential for this role.
