About Site and the Role

Site is seeking a System Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on ensuring the availability, reliability, and optimal performance of the organization's IT systems and server infrastructure. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The System Specialist is responsible for the comprehensive administration, maintenance, and support of Site's IT systems and server infrastructure. This includes core activities such as system administration, troubleshooting, configuration management, performance monitoring, and providing essential technical support to maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, and maintain servers and their respective operating systems.
• Monitor system availability, capacity, performance, and overall health to proactively identify and address issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
• Perform routine system updates, apply patches, implement configuration changes, and conduct scheduled maintenance.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access in accordance with organizational policies.
• Support backup, recovery, and system continuity activities to ensure data integrity and operational resilience.
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation, configuration records, and operational logs.
• Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams and coordinate with relevant technical personnel for resolution.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in system administration, IT infrastructure support, or a related field.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in our offices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic IT environment, supporting critical organizational systems.
