About the Talent Acquisition Business Partner Role

Cigna Healthcare, a global health service company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join its team in Riyadh, KSA. This full-time role involves attracting, engaging, and hiring talent across various functions and levels, with a primary focus on the Saudi Arabian market and support for international vacancies. You will operate within a fast-paced, evolving environment, requiring strong ownership, follow-through, and the ability to manage competing priorities to achieve successful hiring outcomes.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

In this position, you will partner with business leaders and HR colleagues to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with Cigna Healthcare’s objectives. Your responsibilities will encompass managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of roles, primarily in Riyadh, with additional support for international markets such as Kenya. This includes sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates through various channels, ensuring a positive and respectful candidate experience throughout the selection process.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define recruitment strategies and hiring needs.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across different levels.
  • Utilize direct search, job boards, social media, and networking to identify candidates.
  • Provide market insights and talent intelligence to inform workforce planning.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with data privacy.
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent acquisition projects.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. The position requires 5 to 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related HR roles, preferably within a multinational or healthcare organization. Experience managing end-to-end recruitment for a variety of positions is essential, as is a strong understanding of the talent landscape and recruitment practices in Saudi Arabia. The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs is also critical.

Required Skills and Competencies

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong ownership and follow-through, ensuring tasks are completed effectively. Adaptability and comfort with changing priorities and ambiguity are important. Clear communication and effective collaboration across teams and geographies are expected. A proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges will be highly valued. Technical skills should include proficiency in full-cycle recruitment, candidate assessment, direct sourcing, talent mapping, pipeline development, market intelligence gathering, and the use of applicant tracking systems and digital recruitment tools. Awareness of recruitment reporting, record-keeping, and data privacy is also necessary.
