About Lucidya and the Role
Lucidya is an AI-native platform providing customer experience (CX) intelligence, autonomously managing entire customer lifecycles from initial engagement through retention and growth. The platform utilizes proprietary NLU capabilities, developed in-house and trained on millions of multilingual conversations, to equip marketing, support, CX, and research teams. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, on a full-time basis.
Role Context and Impact
As Lucidya enters a new phase of growth, scaling commercial teams, expanding graduate hiring initiatives, and strengthening its presence across the Saudi talent market, the quality of talent brought into the company is critical. This role is central to building the next generation of Lucidya talent. The Talent Acquisition Lead will define how candidates experience the company, how future employees learn about the culture, and how Lucidya attracts individuals who elevate performance. This position serves as the bridge between Lucidya and the talent market, representing company values, building relationships with universities, and identifying high-potential graduates.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders across Sales, Customer Experience, Strategy & Performance, and other business functions to build proactive talent pipelines.
- Establish strong partnerships with universities, student organizations, and graduate communities across Saudi Arabia to attract emerging talent.
- Design and manage recruitment for graduate programs and assessment centers, creating structured processes to identify potential.
- Ensure every candidate receives a professional, transparent, and engaging experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and hire talent that demonstrates curiosity, ownership, collaboration, learning agility, and a desire to contribute positively to culture.
- Continuously improve recruitment and onboarding processes using data, feedback, and candidate insights.
- Track hiring performance through metrics such as time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, candidate satisfaction, pipeline health, and hiring manager satisfaction to drive better outcomes.
Desired Experience and Attributes
Candidates should possess 4-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field. Success in this role requires the ability to consistently attract exceptional talent while creating a positive hiring experience. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
- Proven ability to build and maintain talent pipelines for various business functions.
- Experience in developing and executing graduate hiring initiatives and assessment methodologies.
- Strong relationship-building skills with educational institutions and external talent communities.

Initial Focus and Success Metrics
Within the first 3-4 months, the Talent Acquisition Lead is expected to establish meaningful partnerships with key universities and graduate talent communities, successfully launch or improve graduate hiring initiatives, and build stronger talent pipelines for commercial and business-critical roles. Success will also involve implementing improvements to candidate screening and assessment processes, delivering high-quality hires while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience, identifying opportunities to improve onboarding, and building strong credibility with hiring managers as a trusted talent partner. Performance will be measured by metrics including time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, candidate satisfaction, pipeline health, and hiring manager satisfaction.
