The Role of Talent Acquisition Consultant

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for supporting the implementation of strategic staffing plans across both Operations and Head Office functions. The consultant will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and providing recruitment reporting and insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for Operations and Head Office functions, ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, job boards, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and selection processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with business leaders to analyze workforce requirements, forecast staffing needs, and develop effective recruitment plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, universities, recruitment agencies, and community organizations to strengthen talent pipelines and employer branding.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and budget utilization, providing regular reports and recommendations to management.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, labor regulations, and company standards throughout the hiring process.
• Lead, coach, and develop the recruitment team, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous improvement in talent acquisition practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related HR function.
• Experience managing HR data, reporting, system integrations, and vendor relationships.
• Project management experience is preferred.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Knowledge of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning, payroll, and employee administration.
• Strong understanding of data governance, system security, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to meet workforce needs.
