About the Role

Albwan is seeking a professional Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires a candidate with strong practical experience in attracting talent and managing comprehensive recruitment processes, coupled with a thorough understanding of various recruitment platforms and channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from identifying staffing needs to candidate onboarding.
• Actively search for and attract suitable talent for diverse roles and specializations.
• Prepare and publish job advertisements, and manage them across various recruitment platforms.
• Screen and analyze CVs, and select appropriate candidates for further consideration.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical and final interviews with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain an updated database of candidates and qualified professionals.
• Utilize direct search (Headhunting) methods to identify and engage highly qualified candidates.
• Prepare and follow up on job offers, coordinating with candidates until their start date.
• Generate recruitment reports and monitor key performance indicators for talent acquisition processes.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand their staffing requirements and provide suitable candidates.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Thorough knowledge of local and international recruitment platforms and candidate sourcing methods.
• Strong experience with LinkedIn and direct candidate sourcing techniques.

Essential Skills

• Ability to manage multiple roles and specializations concurrently.
• Excellent skills in conducting interviews and assessing candidates.
• High-level communication, negotiation, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work effectively towards specific recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment.
