About GRG and the Role

GRG is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for a global technology organization operating at the intersection of innovation and national transformation. Through a strategic partnership with one of the Kingdom's significant economic institutions, this client is embedded in Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 agenda, building digital infrastructure, AI capability, and talent ecosystems. This full-time role is based in Riyadh and is central to how the organization acquires and retains top talent in the region.

Role Summary

The Talent Acquisition Manager will own and elevate the end-to-end hiring capability in Saudi Arabia. This is a senior, high-impact position for a recruiter who thinks strategically, operates commercially, and possesses a strong understanding of the technology and AI landscape. The successful candidate will build the talent acquisition function from the ground up, covering agency partnerships, talent pipelines, KPI frameworks, and onboarding experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across technology, product, data, AI, and corporate functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Build and maintain active talent pipelines across the tech and AI space, regionally and globally.
  • Manage contract hiring at scale on behalf of the company's clients, including government contracts.
  • Drive Saudisation targets in alignment with Vision 2030 workforce objectives.
  • Own relationships with retained and contingency search firms, including negotiation and performance management.
  • Evaluate, onboard, and manage external recruitment vendors against agreed SLAs and quality benchmarks.
  • Design and implement a Talent Acquisition KPI framework covering time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
  • Produce regular reporting and insights for the HR Director and senior stakeholders.
  • Own the onboarding program from offer acceptance through to 90-day integration.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events and tech communities.
  • Stay informed on developments in the AI, machine learning, and enterprise technology hiring market.
  • Advise leadership on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 7+ years of talent acquisition experience, with a strong track record in technology hiring.
  • Demonstrable experience hiring across software engineering, data science, AI/ML, product, and cloud domains.
  • Prior experience working within or partnering with a technology company; agency background with deep tech client work is also considered.
  • Hands-on experience building and managing agency and vendor relationships.
  • Experience designing or implementing TA KPI frameworks and reporting structures.
  • Exposure to onboarding design and candidate journey optimization.
  • Fluent in technology and AI terminology, capable of credible conversations with technical experts.
  • Awareness of the current AI landscape, including generative AI, LLMs, and AI infrastructure.
  • Strong commercial instinct, understanding hiring as a business function.
  • Data-literate, with the ability to build dashboards and translate metrics into insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience hiring AI/ML engineers, data scientists, or AI product managers.
  • Prior work in a global technology company operating in the GCC region.
  • Familiarity with Vision 2030 talent mandates, Saudisation frameworks, and HRSD requirements.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
  • Experience hiring within Saudi Arabia or the broader GCC is strongly preferred.

This full-time position based in Riyadh offers a competitive compensation package.
