About the Role

FNRCO is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage and support end-to-end recruitment activities within the Saudi market. This full-time position focuses on sourcing and attracting qualified talent, particularly for specialized technical roles across IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, and Aviation. The role is based in Makkah, with operations covering Jeddah and Makkah.

Role Purpose and Focus

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements and build strong talent pipelines. This involves managing the complete recruitment process, providing relevant Saudi talent market insights, and ensuring the effective attraction of specialized professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, databases, and professional networks.
• Recruit for specialized and technical positions, specifically within IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, and Aviation.
• Conduct CV screening, initial interviews, and candidate assessments, preparing shortlists for hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support offer management and negotiation in line with company guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, talent pools, and accurate records within the ATS.
• Conduct talent mapping and Saudi market research to identify talent availability and recruitment trends.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide market insights and recommendations.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting agreed recruitment SLAs and KPIs.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and external partners as required.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience within the Saudi market.
• Strong experience recruiting specialized and technical positions, preferably in IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or Aviation.
• Proven experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder management, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong proficiency in LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi talent market, sourcing channels, and recruitment practices.
• Experience using ATS/recruitment systems and maintaining accurate reports and candidate databases.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies while meeting recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
• Good command of English is required.

Work Location and Preference

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, covering operations in Jeddah and Makkah. Preference will be given to Saudi Nationals for this role.
