About the Role

JCA Associates is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Technology) to join a fast-growing team within a global technology client. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves supporting the entire recruitment process for technology hiring, working closely with line managers and the HR organization to facilitate dynamic business growth. The successful candidate will also contribute to the deployment of global projects aimed at improving talent acquisition practices in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to peers and teams in performing duties and completing talent acquisition work priorities.
  • Offer technical advice and knowledge within the recruitment and talent discipline.
  • Participate in the deployment of global projects in the region related to improving talent acquisition practices.
  • Engage with line managers for new job openings to identify required skill sets, recommend recruitment approaches, and advise on optimal methods for long-term business results.
  • Source and identify qualified candidates in the marketplace for current and future job openings.
  • Work on strategic projects, such as developing competency-based interview guides mapped to current job competencies.
  • Collate candidate information, including employment checks and psychometric assessments, and discuss with hiring managers to facilitate appropriate hiring decisions.
  • Monitor and maintain internal and external job postings.
  • Ensure professional and engaging onboarding for all new hires.
  • Extract necessary data for monthly and weekly reporting from the e-recruitment system and assist with data analysis for presentation to relevant forums.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, talent management, or related fields.
  • Previous experience working for a technology company or consultancy.
  • Understanding of talent acquisition strategies, best practices, and industry trends, particularly around Go-to-Market (Sales) roles.
  • Knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and assessment to offer management and onboarding.
  • Familiarity with relevant labor laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines related to talent acquisition and candidate selection.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and HR databases.
  • Track record of developing and executing strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Background in talent sourcing, candidate assessment, and implementing best practices for attracting and hiring top candidates for Go-to-Market roles.
  • Experience in employer branding strategies and initiatives to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Experience in talent analytics and recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience managing talent acquisition efforts in multiple locations, understanding global talent market dynamics, and navigating cultural differences.
  • Experience managing talent acquisition budgets and allocating resources strategically.

Skills and Competencies

  • Ability to stay updated on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis.
  • Proficiency in technology recruitment, including direct sourcing.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey talent acquisition strategies and results to senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Ability to utilize talent analytics and recruitment metrics for data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated forward-thinking approach to talent acquisition, anticipating future talent needs and developing proactive recruitment strategies.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a global technology client's fast-growing team. The role involves collaboration with line managers and the HR organization to support talent acquisition efforts.
