Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates. This position requires the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively and ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels such as social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through regular communication, timely feedback, and a seamless recruitment process.

Required Experience

• Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
