About the Role
HRsource is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition & Talent Management Manager to join a globally recognized technology company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This organization is a leader in computer vision, generative AI, machine learning, smart cities, autonomous technologies, and enterprise digital transformation. With significant investment and ambitious growth plans, the company is expanding its presence across Saudi Arabia and requires a professional to shape its future workforce. This is a full-time, permanent position with an undisclosed salary.
Role Overview
This role extends beyond traditional talent acquisition. While recruitment is a core function, the position requires a strategic contributor to the broader talent agenda. The manager will partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, talent development, employer branding, organizational capability, and people analytics to build a high-performing organization that supports long-term business growth. This opportunity is suited for a commercially minded talent professional who can influence business decisions and shape talent solutions beyond recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify current and future hiring needs.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, commercial, corporate, and leadership positions.
- Build proactive talent pipelines through market mapping, executive search, and networking.
- Identify and attract high-calibre passive candidates from local and international markets.
- Enhance recruitment processes, candidate experience, and hiring quality through continuous improvement.
- Introduce innovative sourcing strategies and AI-enabled recruitment tools.
- Monitor recruitment performance, report on key metrics, and recommend improvements.
- Support confidential and executive-level hiring assignments.
- Contribute to the development of Talent Management frameworks, succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Identify high-potential talent and support career development and internal mobility programs.
- Assist with talent reviews and organizational capability planning.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Assist in identifying capability gaps and development priorities.
- Partner on learning and leadership development initiatives.
- Support onboarding programs to accelerate employee integration.
- Strengthen the company's employer brand across Saudi Arabia.
- Produce recruitment and talent reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze workforce trends, hiring activity, and organizational capability using data-driven insights.
- Provide market intelligence and benchmarking to senior leadership.
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on recruitment, talent, and organizational growth.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have a career that has evolved beyond pure recruitment, with exposure to broader Talent Management or HR Business Partner responsibilities. A genuine interest in organizational development, experience working with senior stakeholders, and motivation to influence business growth through people strategy are essential. The required experience is between 5-10 years.
Experience and Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, or Strategic HR.
- Proven experience recruiting across technical, commercial, and corporate functions.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Exposure to Talent Management, succession planning, workforce planning, performance management, or organizational development.
- Experience supporting business growth, transformation, or organizational change.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, executive search, and talent mapping.
- Experience using recruitment metrics and people analytics for decision-making.
- Previous experience in Artificial Intelligence, Technology, Software, Digital, Telecommunications, Consulting, or another high-growth industry is highly advantageous.
