About the Role
Recruvion is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and transform its recruitment function in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time strategic leadership position requires an experienced talent acquisition professional with over 10 years of experience, combining strong recruitment expertise with business acumen. The role is pivotal in establishing and growing Recruvion's recruitment agency, driving revenue, and expanding its client portfolio within the Saudi market.
Strategic Leadership and Business Development
Reporting directly to the leadership team, the Head of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth objectives. This includes leading a revenue-generating recruitment business, building and managing client relationships, and driving recruitment sales. The role focuses on delivering high-quality permanent and executive search solutions for both external clients and internal hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall Talent Acquisition strategy, partnering with senior leadership to understand workforce requirements and create effective hiring plans.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and strategic roles, establishing recruitment frameworks, processes, and best practices.
- Drive innovation in sourcing strategies, market mapping, and talent engagement.
- Lead the development and growth of the recruitment agency function, ensuring its operation as a commercially successful, revenue-generating business unit.
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, assessment, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Develop recruitment dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track performance, improving turnaround times, candidate experience, and hiring quality.
- Implement technology-driven recruitment solutions and optimise ATS utilisation.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, processes, and employment regulations.
Client Management and Revenue Generation
- Develop, manage, and grow strategic client relationships, acting as a trusted recruitment partner and advisor.
- Understand client hiring challenges and provide consultative talent solutions, leading executive search, professional hiring, and volume recruitment mandates.
- Generate recruitment revenue through successful business development, client acquisition, account management, and candidate placements.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the expansion of the recruitment agency's client portfolio.
- Own and deliver individual and team revenue targets, placement KPIs, and client satisfaction metrics.
- Represent the organisation in client meetings, networking events, and business development activities to strengthen market presence.
Team Leadership and Saudi Market Expertise
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, establishing clear performance objectives and KPIs.
- Coach recruiters on sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, market intelligence, stakeholder management, business development, client management, and revenue generation.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Saudi employment market, talent availability, and recruitment trends.
- Build networks across Saudi Arabia to attract high-quality local and international talent.
- Support Saudization initiatives through effective workforce planning and local talent attraction strategies.
- Engage effectively with Saudi candidates and stakeholders in Arabic.
Qualifications and Experience
- Over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with strong experience within the recruitment consultancy or executive search industry.
- Proven track record of developing new business, managing client accounts, generating recruitment revenue, leading recruitment teams, and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to deliver complex hiring mandates across various sectors.
- Strong business acumen and commercial drive, thriving in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Arabic for effective engagement with Saudi candidates and stakeholders.
