Role Overview

The Signalling Project Manager will lead the design, integration, and delivery of advanced signalling systems. This senior leadership role involves guiding multidisciplinary teams to ensure project milestones contribute to Alstom’s mission of sustainable transport innovation. The position requires 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project execution for signalling systems, ensuring scalability and compliance with international standards such as CENELEC EN 50126/8/9.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and customer teams to align technical solutions with operational needs and project goals.
• Ensure reliability and safety of signalling subsystems through rigorous validation, verification, and risk management processes.
• Foster innovation by integrating digital signalling technologies like CBTC and ETCS Level 2 into project delivery frameworks.
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across global Alstom teams through structured lessons-learned sessions and technical workshops.

Performance Measurement

• On-time, on-budget delivery of signalling projects aligned with strategic objectives.
• Effective collaboration and leadership across multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
• Reduction in system defects and improved operational efficiency through proactive risk management.
