The Role: Talent Specialist

Almarai is seeking a Talent Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on supporting the day-to-day operational talent management activities within the organization. The role involves preparing, coordinating, and assisting in various talent-related functions to ensure smooth and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, coordinate, and assist in all day-to-day operational talent management activities.
• Manage Assessment and Development Centers.
• Handle other assigned projects through the timely and accurate preparation and maintenance of information, data, and presentations to ensure successful project completion.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related discipline from a reputable local or international institution.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a role relevant to Talent Management.

• Capable of securing and deploying resources effectively and efficiently.
