About the Role

Four Points by Sheraton is seeking a Team Lead Food & Beverage Services to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency within our food and beverage operations. The Team Lead will play a key role in coordinating staff efforts to meet customer needs and maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure staff collaboration to provide optimal service and meet customer needs.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment and areas, and securing premises.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, adhering to established cleaning procedures.
• Monitor dining areas for seating availability, service quality, safety, and customer well-being.
• Complete and forward work authorizations for maintenance repairs or communicate directly for urgent issues.
• Report any incidents or accidents involving employees, customers, or vendors to management and loss prevention immediately.
• Document and communicate relevant information to managers or supervisors.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, motivating, and coaching employees, serving as a role model.
• Enforce all safety policies and procedures, report hazards, and complete required safety training.
• Ensure uniform and appearance standards are professional.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Support colleagues with dignity and respect, fostering team goal achievement.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with guests and colleagues, including phone etiquette.
• Listen and respond appropriately to customer and employee concerns.
• Perform all other duties as requested by managers, consistent with the position.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds (* kg) without assistance.
• Capacity to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire shift.
• Ability to read and visually verify information in various formats, including small print.
• Visual inspection of tools, equipment, and machinery to identify defects.
• Capability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of various sizes and weights requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
• Reach objects overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Navigate through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces.
• Ascend and descend stairs and service ramps.
