Team Leader

Location: BOUNCE Venue - Solitare Mall
Reporting To: Venue Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Team Leader to oversee daily venue operations, lead and support the team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while maintaining high standards of service, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead team members, assign tasks, and monitor daily performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Coordinate group bookings, birthday parties, and venue activities.
• Oversee trampoline areas, reception, café, and party areas to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and injury prevention standards.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve performance.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall venue presentation.
• Monitor stock levels, sales, and daily cash handling procedures.
• Ensure regular maintenance and readiness of equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate with the Venue Manager to ensure efficient daily operations.
