Technical Lead Enterprise Infrastructure

About the Role

Specialized Enterprise Systems (SES) is seeking a Technical Lead - Enterprise Infrastructure for a full-time, 3-year project. This role is based at a client site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on overseeing the operations, maintenance, reliability, and performance of data center infrastructure. The Technical Lead will guide multidisciplinary technical teams to ensure continuous availability, efficiency, and compliance of critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and maintenance activities for data center infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and service availability.
• Manage and supervise technical teams responsible for servers, storage, networking, power systems, cooling systems, and support infrastructure.
• Develop, implement, and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for all critical facilities and IT assets.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, service-level agreements (SLAs), industry standards, and customer requirements.
• Act as the technical escalation point for critical incidents, outages, and infrastructure-related issues, coordinating rapid troubleshooting and resolution.
• Monitor data center performance, capacity utilization, and environmental conditions to maintain optimal operating efficiency.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of critical electrical systems, including UPS, generators, switchgear, transformers, and power distribution units (PDUs).

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex data center operations.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, power, cooling, network, security, and facility management systems.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position located at a client site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be willing to relocate to the client site within two months of the offer.
