Technical Manager Cyber Security

About the Role

DAR AL OMRAN is seeking a Technical Manager – Systems Assurance to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves overseeing systems assurance, safety verification, and compliance for a significant tunnel infrastructure project within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The Technical Manager will provide technical supervision and ensure adherence to safety management processes and project requirements. This role is critical for maintaining high standards of safety and technical integrity throughout the project lifecycle, from design to commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and oversee the implementation of systems assurance plans and safety management processes.
• Supervise verification and validation activities across design, installation, integration, testing, and commissioning phases.
• Review RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) assessments and associated documentation.
• Evaluate hazard analyses, safety risk assessments, and proposed mitigation measures.
• Ensure technical compliance with project requirements, applicable industry standards, and regulatory authority guidelines.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and system integrators to manage technical interfaces and safety requirements.
• Support system acceptance, safety certification, and final project handover processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including technical supervision and systems assurance.
• Proven experience in RAMS, safety assurance, verification and validation, and system integration.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia within systems assurance or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in road tunnels, metro/rail infrastructure, transportation control systems, or other safety-critical infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with relevant systems assurance standards and safety management methodologies.

Work Location

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time role within the project team.
