The Role of Technical Project Management Specialist

Hawkim is seeking a Technical Project Management Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, on-site position. The specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day management and monitoring of project execution, translating strategic plans into actionable tasks, and coordinating efforts among various stakeholders to ensure project activities align with approved priorities and timelines. The role also involves supporting project launch preparations and contributing to marketing and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the daily execution of project activities.
• Translate plans and management directives into clear, actionable tasks.
• Define and follow up on expected deliverables and deadlines.
• Coordinate between management, the technical team, consultants, and service providers.
• Organize priorities and monitor the completion of assigned tasks.
• Document requirements, feedback, decisions, and meeting outcomes.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate project updates.
• Follow up on technical development, testing, feedback, and issue resolution.
• Support project launch preparation and operational readiness.
• Prepare presentations and other project-related materials.
• Support marketing and business development activities as required.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in project management. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
