About the Project Manager Role

SAB is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for overseeing the successful delivery of IT projects and strategic initiatives. The role requires 2-5 years of professional experience in project management.

Strategic Impact and Project Oversight

The Project Manager will play a key role in aligning program plans for significant initiatives across various application domains, including Oracle, Microsoft, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, and Customer Relationship Management. This position involves directing team strategies and ensuring that project execution meets business requirements and quality standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Align program plans for major initiatives across Oracle, Microsoft, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, and Customer Relationship Management applications, including content management.
• Direct team strategies, including knowledge sharing, technology/application rotation, and observational studies of business operations.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery, encompassing scope definition, deliverable specification, estimation of duration, effort, and cost, resource allocation, budget management, detailed project planning, and change request management.
• Oversee project resources, including technology, personnel, logistics, planning, and scheduling.
• Oversee and manage the implementation of IT projects to ensure timely rollout.
• Supervise the design, configuration, and testing of new processes, ensuring their integration into application systems aligns with business requirements.
• Direct cost and quality management scheduling during project execution, particularly with vendors.
• Ensure support requests are resolved within budget and meet defined expectations.
• Maintain familiarity with IT Quality Standards.
• Oversee the evaluation and selection of vendors in alignment with business needs.
• Plan resource availability for Information Services and Technology Solutions projects, including IT consultants and vendors, in alignment with business requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant project management capacity.
