About the Role

Elm Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading portfolio execution within Elm and driving the technical readiness of priority products. The Senior Project Manager will align execution plans, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, resolve delivery blockers, design and enable required integrations, and ensure necessary testing is completed.

The role is responsible for managing delivery dependencies, accelerating product launch readiness, supporting partnership enablement, and ensuring products progress from execution to operational launch in alignment with Elm’s business objectives and governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integrated execution plans for priority products and partnership initiatives.
  • Establish structured tracking mechanisms for risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Technology, Product, and Sector teams to resolve delivery dependencies and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
  • Maintain and govern portfolio blocker registers, ensuring clear ownership, target resolution dates, and mitigation plans.
  • Translate business and product objectives into clear, testable, and actionable technical requirements, coordinating integration requirements across platforms, systems, and external partners.
  • Lead technical due diligence activities for partners, vendors, and proposed solutions, assessing feasibility and implementation risks.
  • Coordinate integration testing, acceptance testing, and readiness validation activities, ensuring issues are resolved before launch.
  • Support product incubation activities and facilitate the execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Develop executive dashboards, status reports, and portfolio performance updates, conducting regular governance reviews.
  • Comply with all relevant departmental policies, processes, procedures, and information security standards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of proven experience leading cross-functional delivery, integration, or technical product programs in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Strong practical understanding of APIs, integration patterns, solution architecture, cybersecurity requirements, infrastructure dependencies, and testing environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate governance functions and bridge communication between commercial, product, and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience conducting technical due diligence for partners or vendors and managing delivery dependencies through launch.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders across different departments and functions.
