About the Role

Catrion Group is seeking a Technician, Airports Lounges to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, providing essential support to the Supervisor in overseeing staff and ensuring the proper maintenance of equipment, facilities, and utilities within airport lounges. The role is critical for executing daily work orders, managing spare parts, and upholding high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor in overseeing lounge staff and daily operations.
• Execute daily work orders as assigned by the Supervisor or In-charge.
• Advise the Supervisor on necessary spare parts and materials for preventive maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Maintain an organized stock of tools, equipment, spare parts, and materials, initiating requests when replenishment is needed.
• Control the inventory of tools, spare parts, and materials within the assigned section.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Maintenance and Operational Standards

• Implement monthly Preventive Maintenance (PM) for all equipment, facilities, and utilities to ensure minimal breakdown time and excellent operational standards.
• Assist in establishing, developing, and maintaining procedures for the PM and repair of equipment and facilities.
• Ensure cost efficiency through optimum utilization of manpower, tools, spare parts, and facilities within budget.
• Monitor and adjust ambient temperatures of facilities and temperature readings of refrigerators and other equipment within allowed limits.
• Suggest improvements in work methods, systems, and equipment modifications to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in the business and industry relevant to the section.

Team Collaboration and Development

• Maintain proper information flow and teamwork spirit among section staff, providing professional support and instruction as needed.
• Participate in team-building activities, gatherings, and meetings.
• Train subordinates, analyze their strengths and weaknesses, and support their development.
• Contribute to increasing staff productivity and raising colleague morale.
• Attend and coordinate with colleagues on training activities.
• Encourage participation and maintain a constructive attitude towards suggestions.
• Assist colleagues in solving both personal and work-related problems.
• Oversee that rules and procedures are carried out by technicians.

Safety, Cleanliness, and Compliance

• Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of working areas in accordance with company and quality control standards.
• Adhere to general, personal, and industrial safety practices in communication rooms and working areas.
• Ensure proper utilization of sanitary/protective materials, safety gear, and other protective coverings.
• Comply with all regulations of the Saudi Labor Law and company operational policies.
• Adhere to Cybersecurity policies and procedures, handling data and information according to their classification level.
• Avoid violating intellectual property rights of any person or company.
• Comply with Cybersecurity requirements for user devices, internet, software, systems, and email.
• Adhere to the acceptable use policy, utilizing company information and technical assets solely for business purposes.
• Obtain required permits from the security department or authority owner before hosting visitors in sensitive company sites.
• Report Cybersecurity incidents promptly.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience in maintenance or a similar technical role.
