Techno Commercial Project Manager

About the Role

LanceSoft Middle East is seeking a Techno Commercial Project Manager for a contract position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to leading the complete deployment of IBM TRIRIGA, an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS), from initiation to successful completion.

Role Summary

The Techno Commercial Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the IBM TRIRIGA implementation. This includes overseeing project delivery, managing budgets, and ensuring all contractual commitments are met. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and strong domain knowledge in real estate and facilities management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end deployment of IBM TRIRIGA, an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS).
• Manage customer stakeholders effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets and financial aspects.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual commitments.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise software implementation.
• Strong domain knowledge in real estate and facilities management.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in managing complex technical projects.
• Ability to manage commercial aspects of projects, including budgets and contracts.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
