About the Technology Data Intelligence Specialist Role

Emdad By Elm is seeking a Technology Data Intelligence Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on leveraging data to enhance technology performance and operational efficiency.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Technology Data Intelligence Specialist will be responsible for integrating data from various technology systems, databases, and data warehouses. The core of this role involves transforming this data into actionable insights and developing intelligent dashboards and analytics solutions to support executive decision-making. Key responsibilities include data visualization, automation, AI adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Integrate and consolidate data from enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and data warehouses to build reliable dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Design, develop, and continuously enhance dashboards using platforms such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
• Build and maintain centralized dashboards that consolidate all technology metrics, providing a single source of truth for monitoring and executive decision-making.
• Analyze technology data to identify trends, risks, anomalies, and opportunities for performance improvement.
• Develop automation workflows to streamline reporting processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Explore and implement AI-powered capabilities for predictive analytics, intelligent reporting, and automated decision support.
• Collaborate with technology teams to understand data structures and translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance technology products and operational performance through data-driven insights.
• Design intelligent automation workflows that proactively detect issues, trigger alerts, generate AI-driven recommendations, and assign actions to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field. The role requires 3–4 years of experience in Data Intelligence, dashboard development, enterprise data integration, automation workflows, and AI-enabled analytics solutions.

Essential Skills and Competencies

Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Power BI or Tableau development is essential, alongside strong skills in data visualization and dashboard design. Candidates must have experience with data integration and system connectivity, including APIs, databases, and enterprise systems. A solid understanding of SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing is required. The role also demands expertise in technical data analysis, executive reporting, process automation, workflow optimization (*, Microsoft Power Automate, n8n, UiPath), and the adoption of AI tools for AI-driven analytics, predictive analytics, and intelligent reporting.
