stc is seeking a Technology Platforms Director to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to directing the organization's technology platforms, ensuring the delivery of reliable, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure, cloud services, and enterprise applications.

Role Purpose and Context

The Technology Platforms Director is responsible for the strategic oversight and operational integrity of stc's technology landscape. This involves developing and implementing platform strategies that align with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives, while adhering to stipulated business policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Technology Platforms strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, digital transformation initiatives, and enterprise technology roadmaps.
• Direct the governance, architecture, and lifecycle management of enterprise IT platforms, cloud environments, and business applications to ensure reliability, scalability, and security.
• Lead the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and enterprise platforms to support business and operational requirements.
• Govern enterprise application platforms, including ERP, OSS, BSS, and internal business systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Ensure the availability, resilience, performance, and security of technology platforms through effective monitoring, capacity planning, and operational governance.
• Establish and enforce technology standards, policies, and operational frameworks to maintain consistency, compliance, and service excellence.
• Oversee cloud platform operations, including cloud adoption, deployment standards, resource optimization, and platform governance.
• Direct platform integration initiatives to ensure interoperability between enterprise applications, business systems, and external customer platforms.
• Manage the delivery and continuous enhancement of technology platform services to meet evolving business and operational requirements.
• Lead relationships with technology vendors, cloud providers, system integrators, and strategic partners to ensure service quality, contractual compliance, and value realization.
• Drive technology innovation by evaluating and adopting emerging platforms and solutions that improve operational efficiency and business capabilities.
• Monitor technology platform performance through defined KPIs, service levels, and operational metrics, implementing corrective actions where required.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the Technology Platforms team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Technology or a related field.
• Preferred experience of 7 years or equivalent in the area of expertise.
