Telecom BIM coordinator

About the Role

ALSTOM Transmission & Distribution is seeking a full-time Telecom BIM Coordinator to join their team in Riyadh. This role is central to managing the production, maintenance, and delivery of information and data throughout the project lifecycle. The coordinator will ensure seamless coordination across various systems and teams, including Civil Work Design, Subsystem Installation, and System Validation.

Key Responsibilities

The Telecom BIM Coordinator will be responsible for directing coordination across systems and leading integration design efforts. This includes addressing geometrical clashes and ensuring required metadata is incorporated into BIM and built meetings.

• Deliver project BIM processes, methodologies, and guidance for collaborative data production and delivery.
• Manage overall project modeling tactics and BIM output across all delivery stages.
• Lead integration design in BIM and built meetings.
• Follow the delivery schedule for Civil Work design in BIM and subsystem installation design in BIM.
• Review submitted models for interferences and quality, including the level of detail.
• Assist the Design Civil Work Interface & BIM Manager in managing design development and technical validations.
• Support the checking of deliverables as part of the system technical validation.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience to effectively manage the complexities of BIM coordination and data management within large-scale projects.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves collaboration with diverse teams, emphasizing cross-functional coordination and communication to achieve project objectives.
