We are currently seeking a Telesales Agent to join our team in Riyadh.

Role Overview

As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through both inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve defined sales targets. This role involves identifying opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell products and services, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of all interactions. You will also coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate the resolution of customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales by contacting existing and potential customers to present Bayut packages and services.
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Assess customer needs and identify appropriate upsell opportunities.
• Accurately record and process details of customer sales, calls, meetings, and notes within the CRM system.
• Identify and categorize buyer profiles, including B2B, B2C, and C2C segments.
• Direct qualified prospects to the field sales team as required.
• Meet monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and revenue targets.
• Ensure the timely collection of payments from customers.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a telesales or customer-facing sales role.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic team focused on achieving sales objectives and delivering excellent customer service.
