About the Internship

DSM Grup is seeking a motivated and commercially minded Telesales Agent - Intern to join the Marketplace Expansion team in Riyadh, KSA. This internship offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth of Trendyol’s marketplace, with a primary focus on the Saudi market.

Role Overview

As a Seller Acquisition, Telesales Agent, you will play a role in expanding Trendyol’s marketplace by identifying, contacting, and onboarding new Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) sellers. The position involves direct engagement with prospective sellers to understand their business needs and introduce them to opportunities available through the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and contact prospective SME sellers.
• Understand the businesses and specific needs of potential sellers.
• Introduce and explain the opportunities available through Trendyol.
• Support sellers through the entire process, from initial contact to registration and onboarding.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 year of experience.
• Motivated and commercially minded individual.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business owners.

Work Environment and Location

This is an internship position based in Riyadh, KSA, within the Marketplace Expansion team. The role focuses on seller acquisition within the Saudi market.
