The Role of Tendering Specialist

The Tendering Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end tender process for a diverse range of projects, including sports consulting, apparel manufacturing, and sports and corporate event management. The specialist plays a crucial part in securing new business by ensuring the submission of compliant and competitive proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and track relevant tender opportunities.
• Analyze tender documents thoroughly to understand requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary technical and commercial inputs.
• Prepare comprehensive, compliant, and competitive proposals.
• Develop and manage tender timelines, ensuring adherence to all submission requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all tender activities.
• Draft clear and concise proposal content.
• Coordinate clarification requests and responses with clients.
• Provide support to pricing and procurement teams throughout the tender process.
• Monitor tender outcomes and collect feedback for future improvements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of tender templates, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency and win rates.
