About the Role

AECOM is seeking a Testing and Commissioning Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is critical for ensuring that all systems, equipment, and installations meet quality standards and regulatory requirements prior to deployment. The coordinator will manage testing activities, documentation, and collaborate with various teams to facilitate seamless commissioning processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule testing and commissioning activities across multiple projects and work streams.
  • Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive testing and commissioning plans and procedures.
  • Prepare and organize all required documentation, including test reports, checklists, and compliance records.
  • Monitor testing progress and track completion of all commissioning milestones and deliverables.
  • Communicate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on testing requirements and timelines.
  • Identify and document any discrepancies, defects, or non-conformances discovered during testing phases.
  • Maintain detailed records of all testing activities, results, and corrective actions taken.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies throughout the commissioning process.
  • Analyze test data and prepare comprehensive reports for management review and stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate with quality assurance teams to verify that all systems meet specified performance criteria.
  • Support troubleshooting efforts and facilitate resolution of identified issues.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and databases for all testing and commissioning documentation.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, analytical thinking, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. All newly hired employees are required to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment, supporting AECOM's commitment to a secure and trustworthy recruitment process.
