About the Role

Red Bull Mobile Saudi offered by FNT is seeking a Training Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is for an experienced sales and training professional with 2-5 years of experience, focusing on the development of high-performing sales teams within the telecommunications industry.

Role Purpose

The Training Specialist is responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering training programs that enhance sales performance across all sales channels. This position supports employee onboarding, product and system training, sales skills development, coaching, assessments, and performance tracking. The role combines training delivery, content development, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to directly influence sales effectiveness and overall commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding, product, sales skills, refresher, and development training programs for Retail, Direct Sales, and Partner teams.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and practical training sessions based on business and sales requirements.
• Train sales teams on telecom products, services, promotions, systems, pricing, and sales processes.
• Ensure sales teams understand product features, benefits, value propositions, and relevant customer use cases.
• Provide coaching on consultative selling, upselling, cross-selling, objection handling, negotiation, and customer engagement.
• Identify knowledge and performance gaps and recommend appropriate training interventions.

Training Content and Effectiveness

• Develop and maintain training presentations, facilitator guides, product guides, assessments, quizzes, and practical exercises.
• Adapt training content based on product updates, sales performance, customer feedback, and business requirements.
• Support the development of role-plays, simulations, and case studies.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, certification results, and sales performance indicators.
• Monitor post-training performance to identify whether employees are applying the knowledge and skills gained.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance reports, certification results, and employee development information.
• Track training KPIs and prepare regular reports and dashboards highlighting training performance and business impact.
• Use sales and training data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Program Support

• Support new product, service, promotion, and campaign launches by preparing and delivering relevant sales training.
• Work with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to understand upcoming initiatives and translate them into effective training programs.
• Ensure sales teams are prepared with required product knowledge, sales messaging, systems knowledge, and customer handling skills before launches.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, HR, Marketing, Product, Operations, and other departments to align training priorities with business objectives.
• Gather feedback from sales managers and frontline teams to continuously improve training programs.
• Support sales leadership with training recommendations based on performance data and field observations.
• Contribute to initiatives focused on improving customer experience, sales productivity, and commercial performance.
