The Role of Training Manager

Al Mataem International, a growing Saudi restaurant group under Zad Holding, is seeking a Training Manager. This full-time role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and is central to building and managing comprehensive training programs across the group's various brands. The Training Manager will play a key role in ensuring consistent service quality and operational excellence within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective onboarding and service training programs.
• Lead training initiatives for new restaurant openings and new menu rollouts.
• Develop and mentor in-house trainers across units located in Jeddah and Riyadh.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in hospitality or Food & Beverage (F&B) training or operations.
• Demonstrated ability in training design and delivery.
• Capacity to train teams efficiently, particularly under tight deadlines for new openings.
• Experience with restaurant openings is a strong advantage.
• Background in food safety training is also a strong advantage.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position operates within the dynamic environment of a growing restaurant group. The role involves working across various brands and units, primarily in Jeddah and Riyadh, within the Makkah region of Saudi Arabia.
