About Khazeen and the Role

Khazeen is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on enhancing the capabilities of Khazeen's workforce. The specialist will play a crucial role in managing technical training activities to support the company's strategic objectives.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to develop and enhance employees’ knowledge, skills, and competencies, ensuring they align with Khazeen’s business objectives. The specialist is responsible for overseeing technical training initiatives, managing training centers, and cultivating relationships with external training providers to deliver high-quality development programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Review Job Descriptions to establish required skills and develop competency matrices.
• Assess performance gaps by reviewing Performance Appraisals.
• Collaborate with business line managers and the section manager to identify essential skills for accurate job performance.
• Design individual training plans aligned with career paths.
• Develop comprehensive training programs that support business strategy for all employees.
• Interview and assess job incumbents to identify training gaps and manage programs to ensure appropriate training delivery.
• Create and implement an effective induction program for new employees.
• Provide induction training to new Khazeen employees, covering company knowledge, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor training programs regularly using evaluation forms and analyze feedback from trainees.
• Take corrective action in coordination with department managers based on training feedback.
• Liaise with line managers to gather feedback on employee performance post-training.
• Process training billing claims and requests with external vendors.
• Participate in and support various training events.
• Maintain HR training systems, databases, and records, ensuring proper data backup.

Stakeholder and Vendor Management

• Build and develop strong relationships with department heads to facilitate training needs analysis and planning.
• Cultivate relationships with external training vendors, freelance trainers, training consultancy offices, and logistics providers.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in training and development.

Additional Duties

• Perform other related duties or tasks as assigned by the line manager.
