The Role of Training and Development Manager

We are seeking a Training and Development Manager to join a leading company within the Food & Beverage sector in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to ensuring consistent brand execution and high service standards across all restaurant locations through effective training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver on-boarding programs for new hires.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training manuals for brand standards.
• Roll out training for new menu items and service standards.
• Conduct training needs assessments across various branches.
• Coach and evaluate staff performance against established brand standards.
• Track training Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including completion rates, performance improvements, and retention impact.
• Manage food safety and HACCP certification tracking for all staff.
• Ensure consistent brand execution across all restaurant locations.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of experience in training and development, preferably within the hospitality or Food & Beverage industry.

Reporting Structure and Work Type

This is a full-time position. The Training and Development Manager will report directly to the Brand Development Manager.

The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
