- 3+ years of experience in a portfolio management, trading, consulting, analytical, or operational role, preferably across multiple asset classes.
- CMA registration is required.

- Technical proficiency with Bloomberg and other market-data sources for analytical purposes.
- MBA, a graduate degree in a quantitative discipline, or progress toward CFA designation is preferred.
- Experience with TCA, AI, programming languages, modeling in Excel/VBA and Python, data visualization software, and database infrastructures is a plus.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex topics and manage projects with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work and problem-solve independently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a critical focus on details.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to team support.
