About the Role

MIS - Al Moammar Information Systems Co. is seeking an Ultimus Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting and developing Ultimus workflows and business-process applications, ensuring the smooth operation and integration of systems within an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and develop Ultimus workflows and business-process applications.
  • Configure, enhance, and troubleshoot workflows and applications.
  • Troubleshoot workflow, application, and integration issues.
  • Support integrations between Ultimus and external systems or enterprise applications.
  • Participate in releases, upgrades, testing, deployment, and disaster recovery (DR) activities.
  • Perform incident troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Support regression testing and post-deployment validation.
  • Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials.
  • Coordinate with business users, application teams, infrastructure, security, and vendors as required.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience with the Ultimus platform.
  • Hands-on experience in workflow and business-process application development.
  • Experience integrating Ultimus with external entities and enterprise systems.
  • Experience in production support, incident troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
  • Understanding of disaster recovery (DR), high availability, and business continuity requirements.
  • Experience supporting upgrades, deployments, configuration changes, and regression testing.

Required Technical and Professional Capabilities

  • Ability to work effectively in enterprise production and managed-services environments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ability to participate in controlled change, release, and deployment activities.
  • Ability to support system/platform upgrades, including preparation, testing, deployment, and post-upgrade validation.
  • Ability to maintain accurate technical documentation and participate in knowledge-transfer activities.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with business users, technical teams, security, infrastructure, and vendors.
  • Ability to work in accordance with established IT service-management and change-management processes.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role involves working within a dynamic enterprise environment, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure robust system performance and reliability.
