Overview of the Senior UX Designer Role

Quantum Talent Group is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position for an experienced professional with 5-10 years of experience. The role focuses on shaping digital products across various sectors, including logistics, supply chain, transportation, and warehouse management, with additional exposure to food commodities and agricultural production.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Senior UX Designer will be responsible for transforming complex operational workflows into intuitive user experiences. The primary objective is to enhance efficiency, improve visibility, and support better decision-making within the specified industry domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end UX design processes, from initial discovery and research phases through to final delivery.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, perform contextual research, and execute usability testing to gather insights.
• Map user journeys and translate business requirements into detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI designs.
• Design various interfaces, including dashboards, data visualizations, maps, and operational monitoring screens.
• Develop and maintain component libraries, design guidelines, and ensure consistent visual standards across products.
• Research and validate AI-driven and conversational interaction patterns.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders on feature design and validation.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in UX design.
• Demonstrated experience in designing digital products within logistics, supply chain, transportation, or warehouse management sectors.
• Familiarity with food commodities and agricultural production environments is beneficial.
