About the Role

Aceleradora Ágil is seeking an experienced Lead Experience Designer to join its growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves driving the definition and delivery of AI-powered products and experiences within multidisciplinary teams. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Context and Impact

As a Lead Experience Designer, you will lead end-to-end design from initial concept to product shipment, collaborating with Product Managers, Data/AI Specialists, and engineers. This role combines hands-on interaction design, strategic client advisory, and foundational practice-building, shaping AI system behavior and scaling local design capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead experience design across all engagement phases, including facilitating discovery workshops, mapping user journeys, creating visual concepts, and building interactive prototypes.
• Shape conversational, multi-modal, and autonomous agent flows, applying principles of trust, transparency, and user control for AI systems.
• Utilize AI tools and platforms (*, Figma, UX Pilot, Bolt, Murai, Maze, LLM research tools) to accelerate ideation and research cycles.
• Conduct lightweight generative and evaluative user research and testing, championing accessibility and inclusive design.
• Build, evolve, and govern design systems and component libraries in partnership with engineering to ensure consistency and velocity.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client executives, shaping user experiences for AI-native products and digital transformations, and contributing to pre-sales activities.
• Play a pivotal role in building local Experience Design capabilities, influencing multidisciplinary teams, and establishing design culture.

Work Model

This position operates on a hybrid work model, requiring three days on-site per week in Riyadh.
