The Role: User Experience Lead

T&S is seeking a User Experience Lead for a full-time, outsourcing opportunity based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires 5-10 years of experience and involves leading the design and optimization of customer journeys across various touchpoints, contributing to the company's success in delivering comprehensive solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and optimization of end-to-end customer journeys across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Develop customer experience strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational goals.
• Create service blueprints, customer journey maps, personas, and experience frameworks.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and usability testing to identify customer needs and pain points.
• Translate customer insights into actionable service concepts and experience improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, Technology, Marketing, Operations, and Design teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Define and maintain UX standards, design principles, and best practices across projects.
• Lead experience design workshops and facilitate design thinking sessions.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback, behavioral data, and UX metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Present UX strategies and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints while balancing user needs and business objectives.
• Stay up to date with emerging UX, CX, and service design trends and methodologies.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. Preferred qualifications include:

• A Master's degree in a related field is considered a plus.
• Experience working on large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• UX, CX, or Service Design certifications are preferred.
• Experience in enterprise, government, or consulting environments is an advantage.
